Event Details

Wisconsin and beer go way back. This presentation from Dr. Karl Brown, assistant professor of history at UW-Whitewater and former professional brewmaster in Japan and Greece, will focus on Wisconsin’s role in three key episodes in brewing history—the 1893 Chicago World’s Fair, Prohibition, and the rise of the craft brewing industry today—to explain what it means to drink Wisconsinbly.
