Come spend an evening with Tim Moore from The Center for the Study of the American Constitution at UW-Madison and learn about the creation of the Bill of Rights and the subsequent evolution of the first amendment to expand rights to unions.
This event is part of the NEA BIG READ-Waukesha Reads program. NEA BIG READ is a program of the National Endowment for the arts in partnership with Arts Midwest.
