Screen Segregated by Design, a 17-minute film based on Rothstein’s The Color of Law: A Forgotten History of How Our Government Segregated America. After the film, discuss his follow-up title Just Action with Betty Groenewold from the SOPHIA Housing Task Force. She’ll share her knowledge on changing discriminative housing practices and promoting inclusive neighborhoods in Waukesha County.
