Program Description

Event Details

Don’t miss this discussion! The lives of legendary bandido nicknamed El Tragabalas ("The Bullet Swallower") and his cowboy, movie star grandson intertwine across time in this magical realism western. Staff members from The United for Waukesha Resiliency Center will join us to shine a light on the themes of intergenerational trauma. We'll also have the opportunity to speak with the author, Elizabeth Gonzalez James, via Zoom towards the end of the discussion.

Registration is required.
