Event Details

This special book discussion features a mini food demonstration! We’ll start with a science-based presentation on pretzel making, followed by a discussion of Lessons in Chemistry. The novel tells the story of Elizabeth Zott, a single mother and gifted chemist, confronting societal norms in the 1960s. Samples will be provided. Registration is not required.
