Event Details
Jen Graf, Senior Director of Dementia Programming at Three Pillars Senior Living Communities, will offer a four-part series based on Dr. Michelle Braun’s book High-Octane Brain: 5 Science-based Steps to Sharpen Your Memory and Reduce Your Risk of Alzheimer’s. Reading of the book is not required to participate, and you may attend all sessions or the ones that interest you in particular. Registration is not required.
The sessions take place on the following days:
Jan. 13, Feb. 24, March 17, and April 21
Session 1 (Jan. 13): How can a healthy brain prevent or delay the onset of dementia?
Session 2 (Feb. 24): How can exercise and diet affect brain health?
Session 3 (March 17): Engagement and learning: Do brain games really work?
Session 4 (April 21): How can lowering stress and getting enough sleep improve your brain health?
